Shipping Information

ORDER PROCESSING

AKARTS processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.

Although most orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business week or less, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing. Holidays and high volume periods may delay this process. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Split orders: Some orders may be split due to their size and the way they are packaged, or if shipped from a different location.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us in regards to your order. If you have yet to receive your order within this timeframe please contact us at hello@theakarts.com. 

PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Orders processed with Paypal eCheck will be held until payment has been cleared.

CUSTOMS

AKARTS Comics is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
