Refund policy

  • We are committed to our customers and their satisfaction, but due to the various product options that we offer, we do not pre-print or keep inventory. Products are made-to-order (printed on demand) and unique to each customer.
  • Since we do not hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to wrong size, colour, change of mind or anything outside of a production issue.
  • However, we can offer a replacement if there is an error on our part, such as a manufacturing error, printing issues or item arrives damaged from transit. Please note that photos will be required to be emailed at hello@theakarts.com
